This library is located on the Badrinath-Kedarnath main highway near the Office of the Chief Education Officer. The library is very magnificent from inside and has complete seating arrangements. There is also electricity, water and toilet facilities. If you want, you can sit for hours and enjoy reading in peace. Library fee is only Rs 200. Strategically located in the heart of Rudraprayag, Sangam Library allows seamless access for local people and visitors. In this library, NCERT books from classes 6th to 12th along with competitive exam books of Uttarakhand and Center are also being made available soon. Apart from this, books related to literature will also be collected here soon.

Facility

There is a unique combination of extreme peace and knowledge in Sangam Library. Here, along with text books and magazines, the convenience of students and researchers has also been taken care of. There is seating facility for 40 people at a time. There are comfortable chairs and desks to sit there. There is also the facility of light, charging point and fan. At the same time, due to the efforts of the District Education Officer, a seating shed will also be constructed in the coming time so that the readers can comfortably sit and have their meal in the afternoon or can relax their mind by walking or sitting. At the same time, consideration is being given to providing computer facilities including internet and Wi-Fi in the library.

Sangam Library is open 6 days a week from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, giving visitors ample time to explore the library's vast book collection and books. Whether you're looking for an educational approach, literary creations, or simply relaxing with a good book, this library has it all. Although this library is under the supervision of the Office of the Chief Education Officer, hence the library mostly remains closed during government holidays.

Registration


For registration in Sangam Library Rudraprayag, a library fee of Rs 200 will have to be paid. For registration, you have to submit a photocopy of your Aadhar Card in the library. You will not be charged any extra fee for library use and books in the library. You are only expected to maintain peace and order in the library and use the library materials carefully. So that there is no damage to the books and materials of the library in any way. In such a situation, the library's loss will be compensated by you.
